Ashley Yehoda

Hey friends! My name is Ashley Yehoda and I'm a Pilates Instructor and dance artist based in NJ // NYC. I found Pilates (or rather Pilates found me) during my undergraduate studies at Rutgers University through Polestar Pilates. I immediately fell in love with how Pilates balances the technical with the creative for a movement experience that is truly comprehensive. I've had the pleasure of working in a wide variety of Pilates settings from a physical therapy office to large group settings. As a teacher, I seek to share Pilates as a body-affirming practice based in choice-making and moving for longevity. Expect some creative moves, fun jams, and probably a bad joke or two.

When I'm not teaching Pilates, I'm creating dance with my partner under the name spacejunk dance, finding the nearest espresso beverage, and/or catching up on my Bravo shows.
