FAQs
Do you have intro packages?
We do! If you are new to Pilates People we have a few options. Check them out and choose your own adventure!
In-Studio Classes
$100 - 3 In-Studio Reformer Classes
In-Studio Private Sessions
$315 - 3 In-Studio Private Sessions
Are there prerequisites for classes?
There are no strict prerequisites for class. If you are new to the reformer and would prefer a slower pace to get to know the equipment, we recommend starting with a Recover It or Feel It class. If you want a personalized introduction to the equipment we offer private sessions.
Can I take class with an injury?
That depends! If you are in acute pain or are experiencing a new injury we recommend you check in with your doctor before coming to class.
We also offer private sessions where you can work with one of our fabulous and experienced instructors in a way that caters specifically to your needs.
If you are experiencing a minor injury or mild pain you are welcome to come to class but we recommend a Feel It class. This class has a slower pace and a focus on technique, which will allow for any adjustments needed.
Always tell your instructor if you are experiencing pain or an injury and they will be able to help you out!
Can I take class if I’m pregnant?
During the first trimester of your pregnancy you are welcome to take any class you prefer.
Once in your second trimester you are welcome in our prenatal classes, Recover It classes and private sessions for safety of you, your baby and your body.
