Pre-recorded videos released weekly, available to you whenever and wherever you find yourself. Take us with you to pause, rewind and start again as many times as you like!
Our goal is to make this as easy and fun as possible, so expect lots of laughs, lots of sweat and no stress! Props will be offered as options from time to time but they are NEVER necessary. Have a yoga block handy? Great! We’ll use it! If not, go grab a book. That’ll get the job done too! For every prop and every movement we offer, there is always another possibility and choice you can make and we will do our best to help you choose your own adventure.

“I really like the video library because it allows me to do pilates on my schedule. I typically work when the live classes happen, so this is a great way to still get the great instruction from the Pilates People team. I love that there is a theme each week as I feel it gives some direction to this somewhat chaotic world right now. The size of the library is so expansive now, that I am able to go in and find videos that match the amount of time I have available or something specific I am wanting to work on that day. Plus the instructors are great. It is so hard to connect over video sometimes, especially pre-recorded ones, but I find myself laughing along as if we were in the same room together. It is really a great experience.”

“I love your focus on form, breathing, and anatomy. Moves that seem easy get infinitely harder when you’re doing them correctly and I learned that from you. Also, you make Pilates approachable which is awesome cause most people I talk to feel intimidated about starting.”

“I think what’s so special about Pilates People and what sets it apart is that the videos truly are difficult but accessible. They use challenging movements (plank, push-ups, squats) that all levels of students can do, yet seemingly never get easier (haha). That being said, Cassandra also incorporates movements I’ve literally never seen before in my life. I’ve been taking dance and fitness classes for a long time and have also taken tons of Pilates mat classes over the years. Yet, here she comes, with these new exercises that leave me scratching my head and burning in pain. Overall, the combination of these two movement types is very effective, exciting, and unique to Pilates People.”
