Join Pilates People for a 6 day long journey - slowly allowing ourselves the time and space to slow down, breathe deep and indulge in a new space together. 

Through our daily movement practice, we'll use our time abroad to open deepen our connection to our bodies, our selves and each other - allowing the change of scenery and routine to help us inhale fresh experiences.

  • Accomodations

    6 days and 5 nights in Puglia, Italy.

    Access to grounds, yoga spaces and beach!

    1 hour from Brindisi airport - transport to and from the airport is included!

    1.5-2 hours from Bari airport - transport to and from the airport is included!

    *transport will be arranged in groups. There may be some time between landing and transport. A schedule will be created in the month before we arrive!

  • Movement

    Daily morning and afternoon/evening mat Pilates classes led by Cassandra Cotta.

    Private sessions with Cassandra and spa treatments by resident therapists available as add-ons.

  • Nourishment

    Delicious vegan/vegetarian brunch and dinner each day.

  • Experience

    Excursions to nearby villages with historic landmarks and architecture, a wine-tasting at a nearby vineyard, a pasta making class, a pottery class and more!

Meet Cassandra

Pilates People started as a love note - a way for me to reach out to the world and keep us together while apart. Now, I am so excited to bring us all out into the world, together!
Movement is my true love, and I'm here to share that with you. I believe (and know) that our bodies don't lie. They are the keepers of our stories and it is our job to listen and learn from what they have to say.
Why Pilates for that? It's the only modality I've found that can simultaneously address an injury, look at a person holistically and make you feel the burn all at the same time whether you're at home, in the studio or on the go!
On a personal level, Pilates is the thing that has saved my spine, shoulder and spirit on more than one occasion, so I know it works.
I'm an ex dancer who's fully certified with continuing education specifically for athletes, male-identifying and pre/postnatal bodies, but I'm so happy to work with ALL the bodies and eager to learn from what you and your body have to tell me! 
And I simply cannot wait to share this next adventure with you!
