LIVE Group Classes — a way to connect.
LIVE video conference classes through Mindbody — these open-level, contemporary Pilates mat based classes are 45 minutes in length. We love them because they provide a space for us to see each other, work together and grow through our movement journey in REAL time!
Our goal is to make this as easy and fun as possible, so expect lots of laughs, lots of sweat and no stress! Props will be offered as options from time to time but they are NEVER necessary.
